1. What services do you provide?
We are a full service floral design studio specializing in weddings, corporate and events. We can do just about any type of floral design, in just about any style. In addition, we are certified event planners and can help you with all aspects of arranging and decorating your event.
2. When ordering wedding flowers, how far in advance should I contact you?
There really is no set time frame. The first thing to do is call or email us to see if your date is available.
3. How do I set up a consultation appointment?
Just call us, or fill out our online form to set your appointment.
4. Will you work within a limited budget?
Absolutely! We know that times are tough right now and there's no reason you can't have a beautiful event on a budget.
5. How and when do I pay my deposit?
When you decide to use our services, we will have a full consultation and draw up the contract. At that time you will pay your deposit. Or, if you want to reserve a date, you can send in the deposit and we can schedule the full consultation at your convenience.
6. What should I bring to the consultation?
Anything you can think of that will give us an idea of your personal style and the style of the event. Some examples include: a photo of your dress, photos of your bridesmaids dresses, color and fabric swatches, any samples you have seen that you like, any items you would like to use for decorations at your event, etc.
7. Do you provide floral arrangement samples?
At your final consultation, approximately one month prior to the event date, we do a prototype of your centerpiece at no additional cost to you.
We don't have a setup fee, per se, we will set up the floral designs at your venue as part of the package. However, if you are not within 15 miles of our studio, we have to charge a delivery fee to cover our gas costs. Also, if you wish us to do setup of other items, like table settings, linens, etc., we have an hourly charge depending on the amount of work involved and the amount of people needed.
9. Do you offer organic floral designs?
Yes. We have sources for both organically grown and socially responsible materials.
10. About how much should I spend on flowers for my event?
The standard answer is to budget 10% of the total for flowers. You can check this link to see what people are spending in your area.
